Whopping numbers of unemployment and underemployment are on the rise exponentially in the country, particularly among the youth category between the ages 18 & 40 years, mostly comprised of graduates. Part of the menace is not the fact that there is no job, rather, the accurate information, channels, and flexibility, and criteria for qualification for job accessibility are either inappropriate to merit the job opportunity. On the back of this, the Youth Employment Agency is outdooring this initiative as part of its responsibilities to mitigate the issue of unemployment in the country in partnership with the private sector on 9th and 10th September 2021.
The job fair is planned to take place in selected regions in the country, after the success of the Accra edition.
This is for persons looking for a job, internship, career guidance or advice.
To participate in the Job & Career Fair, fill the form with accurate information about you.
The fair is slated on the 9th and 10th of September at Accra International Conference Center, from 8:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m each day.
