University bans students from wearing miniskirts, anklets, eyelashes, colored hair others to campus

The River State University in Port Harcourt has banned students from indecent dressing on campus.

It’s no news that most University students have a peculiar way of dressing. The trend in the Universities where young ladies especially are fond of dressing indecently is almost in every University.

In a Memo signed by the Registrar, Dr. S.C Enyindan, students of River States University have been banned from wearing certain outfits to campus like spaghetti gowns, mini skirts above the knee, sagging trousers, gowns or blouses that expose the navel or breast by females and tattered jeans.

Also, no colored hair by both male and female students is allowed on campus. The wearing of earrings by male students and nose rings by female students have also been banned. The school has also banned tattoos, ankle chains, and long eyelashes by female students and bathroom slippers have been banned in the lecture halls.

This internal Memo which has found its way on social media has caused a stir amongst a lot of netizens. While some have supported the new law set by the school, others have averred that it infringes on the right of individuals.
