Ghanaian journalist, Umaru Sanda Amadu shares a video that gives a sorry account of soldiers chasing and beating civilians at Wa in the Upper West Region.

This unfortunate incident is taking place days after the unfortunate shooting at Ejura by armed military and police officers which resulted in damaging casualties.
