Tokyo 2020: Joseph Amoah through to semis in 200m
Ghanaian Spinter Joseph Paul has made the country proud after he finished third(3rd) in his heat to qualify to the semifinals in the men’s 200m at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
Joseph Amoah emerged 3rd in Heat 7 in a time of 20.35 seconds and secured an automatic qualification alongside Noah Lyles of USA and Eswatini Sibusiso Matsenjwa who both finished first and second respectively.
Amoah will attempt to reach the final when he returns to the track at 11:50 GMT today.
