Thief forced to demonstrate how he broke into apartment after damaging aluminum window

The video shows the suspect hanging on the window while residents gathered around, forcing him to demonstrate step by step how he entered the house.

In the clip, he cried and stuttered while trying to explain, using a tool in his hand to show how he removed parts of the window.
