A man accused of stealing a phone, has been captured in a video being dehumanized by those who caught him red-handed in the act.
The alleged thief was forced to drink and stay in dirty water by residents of the area he robbed. They were also seen beating him, in a bid to make him disclose who he sold the phone he allegedly stole to.
