New Patriotic Party (NPP) Members of Parliament (MPs) stormed Parliament six (6) hours earlier on Friday morning to occupy the seats on the right side of the Speaker.

The 2020 Parliamentary and Presidential election is the best election Ghana has ever had despite the violence and the killing of 8 electorates.

The 2020 election apparently has put Members of parliament on their toes and any absenteeism recorded would cause havoc to the ruling party, NPP, in crucial decision making in the August House.

Photos of NPP Members of Parliament sleeping in parliament after reporting at 4:00 AM to occupy the majority side have gone viral on the internet.

In photos captured, these NPP MPs were dozing off as they waited for business in parliament to commence at 10:00 AM.

Apparently, the side that reports early to parliament sit on the majority side since each party has 137 seats.
