Assistant Secretary and Counsel for the President of Ghana, Kow Essuman has offered a better explanation of the famous political word ‘dead goat’ which was coined by former President and leader of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).
Kow Essuman reminded Ghanaians why they need to reject the NDC flagbearer in the upcoming elections scheduled for December 7, 2020, in a post he shared on Twitter.
He wrote: A “dead goat” is someone who does not care no matter how much you complain. That was Mahama. He didn’t care how much Ghanaians complained about their difficulties. Today, because he is desperate for power, he is pretending to care. Ghanaians are wise. #StillADeadGoat
