A Nigerian man living in France, while trying to prove how efficient the system in the Western world works to perfection, revealed how residents of an unnamed vicinity called an ambulance immediately a car knocked down a cat.
The man in his illustration said the the cat got hit by a car in his neighbourhood and almost immediately, people started calling for medical attention.
He said within minutes, an ambulance pulled up and transported the injured animal to the nearest veterinary centre.
The Naija man was dumbfounded at what unfolded right before his eyes, premised on what would have happened if a relative scenario had been recorded in his native land, Nigeria.
