Ghanaian global gospel preacher, Rev Eastwood Anaba has dropped a very controversial piece of advice on the internet that has received diverging opinions from social media users.
The respected man of God has advised that one should never have any form of contact with his/her ex-lover because it might jeopardize his/her current relationship.
Speaking to his congregation, Rev Eastwood Anaba men/women should stay far away from their ex-spouses because they might still retain some sexual feelings for them despite the fact that they are no more movers and that can destroy their marriages if they are wedded.
This advice from Rev Eastwood Anaba has been counter-attacked by a lot of social media users who strongly hold the idea that ex-lovers aren’t enemies.
According to the set of people who are strongly against Rev Eastwood Anaba’s advice, one can still hold ties with his/her ex-lover and there’s nothing wrong with that because after all, they are still human and not immune to mistakes.
Some have even shared their own personal experiences where their exes tremendously helped them in one way or the other just because they still kept in touch with them.
Michael Annor on Facebook for instance commented – Some ex later becomes a helper in our lives so we will not block them and still will talk to them.
