A total number of 12 lawmakers have been toppled by fresh faces in the primaries conducted by the National Democratic Congress (NDC) across the length and breadth of the country on May 13, 2023.

11.Christian Otu Teye MP for Sege

12 Hon Kwakye Ackah MP for Amenfi Central

Meanwhile, John Dramaini Mahama is in a pole position to lead the party once again in the presidential department according to votes he has garnered so far.

Many, including Mahama’s campaign team, a sizable number of MPs, party officials, and pollsters, projected a resounding victory for the former president seeking reelection. See below for some preliminary results received so far.
