Monash University Research Training, Applications are currently open for Monash University Research Training Program (RTP) Fees-Offset from outstanding and motivated candidates who wish to enroll for Research Doctorate and Research Masters degrees.
Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarships are provided by the Australian Government to support both domestic and international students undertaking Research Doctorate and Research Masters degrees.
About Monash Research Training Program (RTP) Fees-Offset
International students can only be awarded RTP Fees-Offset as part of a competitive selection process. Monash scholarships are very competitive and are awarded based on your academic record, any research outputs and prior research experience.
As part of this program, a RTP Fees Offset is available to cover the course tuition fees that would otherwise be payable by the student. This scholarship is also available to students undertaking Joint Research Awards when Monash University is the home institution.

Successful applicants for RTP Fees Offset covers the cost of:
Course tuition fees; and
A single Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) policy for international students.
How to Apply
Application for graduate research scholarships is done at the time of applying for your course, unless you are already enrolled. Whether you are a new or current student, the same application process is used for both admission and/or scholarship via our Applicant Portal. You do not need to specify which scholarship you are applying as you are automatically considered for all graduate research scholarships (where eligible).
Domestic students applying for a RTP Fees Offset only and not a living allowance scholarship (such as a RTP Stipend) do not need to submit an application for a scholarship.
