Uganda’s Prime Minister, Robina Nabbanja has raised eyebrows after she addressed a virtual global summit from a dusty road.
The report said she was on her way to inspect a government project when she made a stop-over at the road to address delegates during this year’s Global Disability Summit on Friday.
To officialize her presence during the video conference, the Prime Minister had two flagpoles mounted just behind her with a makeshift desk in front of her that had two laptops placed on it.
The PM wrote alongside the photos of her; “On the sidelines of the Parish Development Model Pre-Launch sessions in Tororo

“I addressed the virtual Global Disability Summit & stated Uganda’s commitment to the cause of people with disabilities.”

I am in Lira, representing HE @KagutaMuseveni for the 18th memorial service for the victims of Barlonyo Massacre that was perpetrated by LRA rebels of Joseph Kony in 2004. We thank the UPDF, which together with people, defeated the LRA& restored peace in the region @OPMUganda
