While African students, notably Ghanaian and Nigerian students in Ukraine cry for immediate evacuation in the war torn country following the unprovoked attack from neighbouring Russia, one Ghanaian student has shared a rather disturbing video on the internet.

The young man, without mincing words, said he prefers staying in Ukraine and dying there in the midst of the conflict to returning to his native country.
In his view, the poverty level in Ghana was the reason why left the country to Ukraine and he will never return.
In the video, he said;
“I will prefer to stay in Ukraine than to return to Ghana. Do not try to come for me, I prefer to die here than to return to Ghana to suffer.”
