How to create a WhatsApp Channel

WhatsApp has introduced WhatsApp Channels in more than 150 countries to provide a private way for you to receive updates that matter to you. Channels are separate from your chats, and the identities of those you follow are kept hidden from other followers, ensuring that your personal information is kept private.

As WhatsApp introduces this new feature globally, they are also introducing several updates to enhance the experience, including an Enhanced Directory that offers filtered channels based on your country and the ability to view new, active, and popular channels based on the number of followers.
