The reversal must be for the purchased airtime that came from your account
It must be from your wallet- and your wallet only
Reversals from mobile money agents are not acceptable
Transactions below GHS 10 cannot be reversed.
Only full amounts are reversed, as such, ensure you do not use the airtime before seeking reversal
The sender of the airtime must receive approval to carry out the reversal procedure. Reversal requests are valid only within 72 hours of purchase.
The sender must receive a confirmation note for successful reversal.
