The Ghana Law School SRC President has been accused of defrauding students to profit himself.
The School’s Executive Committee has asked the beleaguered President to step down while it investigates claims regarding a car purchase.
The Executive Council of the SRC inquired regarding the President’s ownership of an automobile delivered to the SRC with chassis number 2T1BURHE0EC043574.
Consequently, a majority of the Executive Council voted to set up an impartial committee to examine the claimed automobile purchase and determine any other individual or executive involved.
In 14 days, this committee would provide an opinion report and make recommendations for further measures without any executive members.
It went on to say that “Executive Council members urged the President to stand aside until the inquiry’s conclusion.”
According to the evidence, Wonder Kutor is about to be impeached for financial irregularities, including misrepresenting the cost of items obtained for the SRC.
His firm, Submaxinn Consult, allegedly supplied a faulty Toyota Corolla to the Ghana School of Law’s Kumasi campus, which broke down after just one drive from Accra to Kumasi.
President Wonder Kutor is also thought to have managed the SRC-owned mobile money business via his firm “Wonder Consult,” with profits going to him rather than SRC….
So is Wonder’s acquisition of a Toyota Prado after selling his Corolla to the SRC, and his escorting by two SRC personnel.
