A Ghanaian doctor has shared CCTV footage of the moment a gentleman walked in swiftly and made away with his backpack the very moment he went into the theatre to attend to a patient.
The incident reportedly occurred at the Ridge Hospital in Accra on Tuesday, August 16, 2022.
The surgeon, Dr Silas Agbesi revealed that the bag contained his passport, Ghana Card, vaccination card and other important documents.
Dr Agbesi posted footage from the hospital which captured the moment the thief entered the room, pretending to be on a call.
The guy had a nose mask on and swooped on the bag before moving away quietly.
When he realised the coast was clear and everyone was going about their official assignments, he took the bag and walked out without hesitation in order not to arouse suspicion
