Management of the Ghana Education Service, announces Documents required To Finalize Your GES Postings for the information of the general public, particularly those who:
1. completed and passed the Public Colleges of Education Examinations in 2020
2. passed their licensure exams.
3. completed the mandatory National Service
applied for recruitment into the Service
that the appointment letters have been released. Appointment letters can be
accessed on http://www.gespromotions.gov.gh/ (a fee of GH¢10.00 applies)

Appointees are to report to the Regional Directors with their appointment letters and certificates for further directives.
Below are the needed documents that will be required at various regional and district offices after the Postings are Released.
1. BECE Certificate
2. WASSCE Certificate
3. COLLEGE Certificate
4. NTC Certificate
5. NSS Certificate
6. Birth Certificate
7. Personal Record Form at Regional
8. Bank Details
9. Medical Report _( go to any government Hospital to acquire one when the time is due)
10. Letters _(Appointment letter, Acceptance letter, Assumption of Duty letter etc. will be printed and forwarded to the regional and the district offices.
