The Adentan Circuit Court issued a bench warrant for the arrest of Nana Appiah Mensah, aka NAM 1, and two others after they failed to appear in court to answer charges brought against them.
The Court ordered the accused who had failed to appear before it on Tuesday, November 2, to appear today.
Nana Appiah Mensah, former CEO of Menzgold, Gabriel Kwamigah, aka Gabby, and Eric Amponsah Bediako, aka Cana, have been charged with conspiracy to defraud by false pretence.
The Court had previously issued a criminal summons to be served on them. The accused did not accept the invitation.
The accused persons, who are represented in court by Lawyer Yaw Danquah, did not appear in court on Thursday.
