A video has emerged online that captures the moment a Russian missile struck the Government administration building in Ukraine’s second-largest city.
On 24 February 2022, Russia launched a large-scale invasion of Ukraine, one of its neighbors to the southwest.
According to local authorities, at least 10 people were killed and 35 more were injured in the bombing of the building which houses an opera house, concert hall, and government offices.
