BECE: 80 out of the 229 schools have submitted their documents

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC),the body responsible for final examinations i.e. BECE and WASSCE ,has began the necessary processes needed to make a student a valid candidate.

The BECE,which has been scheduled to be written in the month of November this year, has enumerated it’s necessary documents to be submitted.
Monday,10th May,2021 was supposed to be the deadline for the submission of the signed documents. But there are still obstinate heads of schools who have duely delayed the submission of their school documents.

Please I will plead that we accord the registration of the candidates a priority and plan ahead.
After paying at the bank you need to inform the officer in charge of your registration to go into the system to complete the process. It is after this stage that your candidates index numbers can be generated.

It is very stressful and expensive if we dont meet the deadline.
A very gentle reminder. “Please all registration documents and CDs should be submitted by close of today 11th May,2021. Pls we need a few days to sort them out before submitting to WAEC. You will have to submit to WAEC by yourself if you dont meet the deadline.”~WAEC. Thank you.
If by now you have not received the following documents from the officer in charge then am afraid its getting late.
1. FINAL statement of entries form
2. Photo Album
3. BDTootion form
4. GH LANG option form
5. Pay in slip from the bank.

Remember all these 5 documents must be submitted after the candidates have sign at both places on the statement of entries form. Thank you and God bless you
We have started sorting and putting our documents to submit to WAEC on Friday,14th May,2021. It has been noted that more than 80 out of the 229 schools are yet to submit. As I said the office will not accept any documents after the deadline pls.
I’ll humbly please that all heads of schools will comply to the necessary processes and respond suitably.
