Ghanaian Actor and Politician, John Dumelo has proposed another solution that can help solve the ren issue in Ghana.
John Dumelo took to Twitter to disclose that the authorities should apply force in solving this challenge.
According to him, Landlords who demand two years’ rent advance are arrested and this will serve as a deterrent to other landlords.
