Opposition Member of Parliament Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has heaped praises on the President of Ghana, Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo for saving the country GHS3.3million on his travel to Dubai Expo.
Akufo Addo has been facing heavy critocisms following his choice of flight anytime he left the countey for a meeting whoch cost the country millions of cedis.
One person who has been a huge critic of the President’s habit of flying around with expensive luxury private jets, Okudzeto Ablakwa had no other option but to praise the President for saving the country some Ghc3.3million.
President Akufo-Addo who alwys faces harsh criticisms for the forst became a listening president as he traveled outside Africa with a normal flight instead of his favorite private jet on his travel to Dubai for the Dubai Expo.
President Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo traveled with a commercial Emirate flight which earned him the praise from Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, stating that he saved the country GHS3.3million which would’ve used to hire the luxury private jet.
The member of the foreign affairs committee in parliament is singing praises to the President for finally listening to his criticism on how he waste public purse with his lust for luxury private jets.
We must sincerely applaud Prez Akufo-Addo for flying commercial on Emirates to Dubai last night, and avoiding his favourite ostentatious charters which most of us have condemned.
By this refreshing new conduct, Prez Akufo-Addo has saved us GHS3.3million.
