Ghana’s Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin has asked the Australian High Commission to Ghana not to force LGBT on Ghana.
The leader of Ghana’s 8th Parliament said this to the face of the High Commissioner, Andrew Barnes in a meeting held in Accra on Thursday, April 1, 2021.
Alban Bagbin said the Andrew Barnes that LGBT is an abomination in the Ghanaian culture and no way the country will accept it.
According to the Speaker, he can’t go to Australia and tell them to accept polygamy which is against their culture.
Andrew Barnes responded by saying he is not trying to promote LGBT in Ghana but he believes sometimes culture can be adapt to change.
